These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Social AutoPost Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Social AutoPost Pro lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms you connect. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates the rules of any connected platform.
Send spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
Abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its APIs.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are solely responsible for that content and for complying with the terms of each social platform you connect.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service publishes to third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those platforms, including the rejection or removal of content.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content publication, platform actions, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
